New intel on Strogg shield generator

Some shots of an early build of the hack objective in Free Spirit City.
Location - Central Intelligence building.
Access - two from behind Strogg lines. One route is available through a shop located on the GDF side, to a first floor office in the tower building adjacent to where the shield generator has been placed.
